  1. Eligibility: The Apple Watch Series 9 Giveaway is open to legal residents of The United States of America\u00a0 who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Kokoro and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on July 16th at 12:00am Pacific and ends on <\/span>July 31st<\/span>\u00a0at <\/span>12:00am<\/span>. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.<\/span><\/li>
  3. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, sign up for Kokoro\u2019s weekly newsletter and email marketing. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries may result in disqualification.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Prizes: The prize is a set of Apple Watch Series 9, with an approximate retail value of $399 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on or about August 12th<\/span>, 2024<\/span>. Winners will be notified via email within 15 days following selection. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.<\/span><\/li>
  6. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.<\/span><\/li>
  7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and\/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor\u2019s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.<\/span><\/li>

  9. Dispute Resolution: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of California.
