And in the midst of this chaos, finding that quiet, peaceful spot inside feels more like a myth than a possibility, right? It’s like trying to hear a whisper in the middle of a rock concert.   • Healthy Boundaries: Set clear boundaries around work, social media, and personal time to reduce overwhelm and create space for peace.
  • Connection with Nature: Spend time in natural settings. Nature has a calming effect on the brain, reducing stress and enhancing feelings of well-being.
