Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Kokoro and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on September 5th at 12:00am Pacific and ends on September 15th at 12:00am. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
- How to Enter: During the Entry Period, sign up for any Kokoro Academy course. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries may result in disqualification.
- Prizes: The prize is a pair of Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones, with an approximate retail value of $429 USD. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on or about September 15th, 2024. Winners will be notified via email within 15 days following selection. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize., 2024. - Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
- Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the sponsor’s privacy policy.
- Dispute Resolution: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of California. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Official Rules or this Giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of California in the County of Los Angeles without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
